How I Help

Health & Wellbeing Coaching at WellWithinU is a supportive, empathetic partnership that helps you make meaningful behavioral changes that move you forward. Using evidence‑based techniques and neuro‑behavioral strategies rooted in Duke Health’s coaching framework, we work together to uncover what’s getting in the way and build momentum toward the life you want. You’re not handed a plan—you’re guided in creating one that fits your real life, strengthens your confidence, and supports lasting, viable change.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is person‑centered and client‑led. You bring your vision—what you want more of, less of, or done differently in your daily life. I bring the structure, tools, and evidence‑based strategies to help you clarify your goals, explore what matters most, and take small, achievable steps that build over time. Each session meets you exactly where you are and supports you in moving toward where you want to be, at a pace that feels both doable and empowering. Not overwhelming. Not perfect.
